great location but minor cleanliness issues
The proximity to various attractions made our stay enjoyable! The staff promptly assisted us with taxi arrangements, showing great attentiveness. The Turkish bath and massage service provided a relaxing escape after long days.
The overall cleanliness, especially in common areas, fell short of my expectations.

The room was lovely with a spacious layout, and the jacuzzi was a nice touch for relaxation after a long day. Enjoyed spending time at the pool and indulging in a soothing massage at the spa. Only downside was a bit of noise from other guests at night, but it didn't ruin the experience. 🛁

The hotel location is fantastic and the jacuzzi in the room was a lovely touch, making for a memorable experience. However, cleanliness was an issue, with dusty surfaces and a noisy environment that detracted from our stay. Breakfast options were quite limited compared to other hotels.

missingWrote a review on Jul 22location accessrooftop pooloverpriced spalacking servicelimited indoor pool
The location is prime, with easy access to public transport and local dining. The rooftop pool offers a great atmosphere, though the spa experience fell short by being overpriced and lacking in service. Dining options featuring Iberian products were satisfying, adding a nice touch to the meals.

missingWrote a review on Jul 10noise disturbances
Noise from the restaurant below made it difficult to get a good night's sleep, particularly late into the night. Air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, resulting in uncomfortable temperatures during warm evenings. The cleanliness left much to be desired. surfaces felt dusty, and I didn’t see any evidence of a deep clean over my stay, which I expected in a hotel of this caliber. Also, there was quite a bit of confusion about room types upon check-in, which didn't match what I reserved. Lastly, the dining options were lackluster, with the breakfast selection lacking flavor and freshness, an unfortunate contrast to the hotel's otherwise appealing atmosphere.

Highly recommend for a relaxing time
The staff were really friendly and went above and beyond, like when they helped me with my bags and made me feel at home. The pool area was very clean and spacious, perfect for a peaceful escape from the chaos outside.
It wasn’t cheap, but it was still acceptable.

I had an incredible experience during my recent trip to Istanbul while staying for three nights. The staff went above and beyond to help me when my luggage got lost, making my check-in process seamless right from the lobby. I loved the delicious Turkish breakfast that offered a fantastic variety, and the location was superb, making it easy to explore the historic sites nearby. The rooftop terrace is a beautiful spot to relax and take in the views of the city, even if it was a bit chilly.
